Assembly is for the long run

Some work needs more than a room full of people for a day. It needs time together, a useful rhythm, and the freedom to keep going after the first burst of energy.

A working environment

Assembly begins in November 2026. It is a 45-day program for founders who want to build for the long run, alongside people taking their own work seriously.

The idea is direct: put founders close enough to share what they know, test what they believe, and keep moving. The program includes shared accommodation, two meals a day, high-speed internet, access to a community fund, and a calendar of open days, demo days, dinners, and community events.

The terms, clearly

Assembly has a 1% equity commitment when a startup raises funding. It is a new program, separate from the first Founders Residency. The Residency's 90-day format and stipend do not describe Assembly.

We want founders to understand the environment and the commitment before they apply. The full program page explains the support, the questions we are asking, and what comes next.
