The Founding Company collects information needed to operate the website, review applications, communicate with applicants, and run the residency. We keep the data we collect focused on those uses.
When you apply, we collect the information you submit in the application form, including identity details, contact information, company information, product links, written answers, and optional pitch recordings.
We may also collect technical information such as browser, device, referrer, and timestamps for security, debugging, and application operations.
We use application information to review candidates, coordinate interviews, send applicant updates, operate internal dashboards, and make residency decisions.
We may use aggregate, non-identifying information to understand applicant volume, sectors, and operational performance.
We use third-party services to host the website, store application data, store uploaded files, and send emails. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
Application information is accessible to The Founding Company team members and reviewers involved in selection. We do not sell personal information.
We keep application information for as long as needed to review applications, run the cohort, maintain records, and improve future selection processes, unless deletion is required by law or requested and reasonably possible.
We use reasonable technical and operational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
