A place to meet and make
Founding a company can be solitary even when a team is involved. A shared place changes the texture of the work: a hard question can be asked in person, a skill can be borrowed, and an unfinished idea can be challenged before it calcifies.
The city brings together technical talent, operating experience, institutions, and people from many different fields. Our role is to make more useful connections among them, then give founders practical room to do their work.
Here, for the long run
The Founding Company builds alongside founders, invests in companies, and runs programs. Those are different kinds of support, but they share a belief that strong companies need people who will stay with the work.
We are building that environment here, one founder, one working relationship, and one cohort at a time.
