How Hamza started Shore Autonomy.

Hamza was a competitive athlete first — a top runner, professional Kabaddi and Kho-Kho player, and U-16 cricketer for Andhra and served as sports captain. During an inter-school Kabaddi match, an opponent stamped on his leg during a tackle, causing an injury severe enough to sideline him from a team he'd been carrying. He describes that shift — from top contributor to liability — as the moment he understood that individual skill is worthless without a team functioning as one unit. It's the same logic he later applies almost directly to the drone swarm's design.
